i learned a new term today: fartlek. think its spelt like that haha. um its not in any way related to the first syllable, heh. is it even a proper dictionary word i dunno =S . 2 weeks of no training is really taking its toll on me, i died after 2.4km today lol. but still managed to complete the rest of the "fartlek" lah. today we came to a decision that we shall participate in the relay category of aq, 100km broken up into 3 parts, 1 for each team. that should be alright i suppose.

i received alot of christmas cards, but just didn't have the time to reply them this year. too many commitments. hai. think i shall send them when their birthday comes next year haha. anyway thanks to those who have sent me cards. appreciate them =].

i noticed alot of people read my blog but don't tag haha. whats the logic behind this act hmMMM? lol jk heh.
